REFUND POLICY

All Sales Are Final
 
Due to the creative, personalised, and often limited nature of my work, all sales are considered final. This includes original artwork, commissions, prints, and any other physical or digital products listed on the site.
 
Please read all product descriptions carefully and feel free to reach out before placing your order if you have any questions.

 
 
2. 
Refund Exceptions (If Applicable)
 
Refunds may be granted in limited circumstances at my sole discretion, including:
 
Your order is damaged in transit (photo proof required within 7 days of delivery)
You received the wrong item
Your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch and is confirmed lost by the shipping provider
 
To request a refund under these exceptions, please email ivylordjackson@gmail.com with your order number, issue details, and photos (if applicable).

 
 
3. Returns Are Not Accepted
 
As all items are made or prepared to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless a refund exception has been approved. Unauthorised returns will not be processed or returned to sender.
 
 
4. Digital Products & Downloads
 
If digital products (e.g. downloads or content) are offered in future, all sales will be final unless access cannot be provided or the file is defective. In such cases, a replacement will be sent or a refund issued.

 
 
5. Cancellations
 
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if work or fulfilment has not already begun. To request a cancellation, please email as soon as possible after ordering.
