1. Shipping Overview
 
Thank you for supporting my work! If you place an order for a physical product, such as original artwork, prints, or other items, the following policy applies.
 
All orders are processed and shipped from Nashville, Tennessee. At this time, shipping is available within the U.S. and internationally to select countries.

 
 
2. Processing Time
 
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days, depending on the item type and availability. Custom orders or commissions may take longer, and you will be notified of expected timeframes before confirming your order.
 
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

 
 
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
 
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected delivery speed, and package weight.
 
Estimated Delivery Times:
 
Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after dispatch
International: 7–21 business days after dispatch (depending on destination)
 
Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or holiday periods.
 

 
4. Order Tracking
 
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you do not receive tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact me directly at ivylordjackson@gmail.com.
 

 
5. International Shipping
 
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping costs.
 
Please check with your local customs office for details before placing an order.

 
 
6. Damaged, Lost or Delayed Orders
 
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. I’ll do my best to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
 
If a package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact me and I will work with the courier to resolve the matter. Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 
 
7. Returns & Refunds
 
Due to the creative and often custom nature of my work, all sales are final. However, if you experience an issue with your order, please contact me and I’ll do my best to find a fair solution.
